When will my item be shipped?
We ship out orders every Saturday. It may take up to two weeks for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. 

Why is shipping outside of the U.S. so expensive?
International shipping costs are consistently rising every year and with the addition of terrifs things have just gotten worse. It is out of our control.  

My item is damaged/is defective/is not the item I requested, etc. Can I get this corrected?
If you live within the United States a replacement can be issued. Unfortanetly replacements are not a possibility with international orders due to shipping costs, but a refund can be issued.
